Summary	0010183: url's in description field etc not properly formed.
Description	If you add a url in a comment that has spaces in it they are not properly formed when you 'view' the issue. it would be useful if you could encapsulate the url in "'s or something.
Steps To Reproduce	Add a url to something like this http://www.mysite.com/my favourite page/transitions.php

jonathh 2009-03-05 11:11 reporter ~0021003	Maybe not in the wild, but when we link to documents in subversion the paths have spaces. I have tried and not succeeded to get them to not do it, but they look at it as a file system...
