Description	In the documentation, there is no mention of the Time Tracker functionality and how to switch this on or off.

vboctor 2009-07-27 00:03 manager ~0022563	We probably need to have a chapter in the manual dedicated to the time tracking feature. Any volunteers? In the mean time, you should have a look at the config_defaults_inc.php for the time tracking related configuration options and their brief documentation.
