Summary	0010984: Subprojects are not displayed after clicking on the link "Create Permalink"
Description	Good day. The question is as follows. I have a project with a nesting level 3. In the Advanced Filter, I specify the parameters and my questions are issue from the project and all sub-projects. But when I click on the link to "Create Permalink" and turn on it show me the questions only from the current project. And there must be questions of subprojects.
