Summary0011148: MANAGER's role to manage projects - can loose access to projects
Description

When you give access to manage projects to MANAGER there's a way for him to loose access to the project he created.
That's happening when changing visiblity from public to private.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Log in as MANAGER
  2. Create project with PUBLIC visiblity. Because of PUBLIC state there are no users assigned to this project.
  3. Change project view state to PRIVATE.
  4. The project has been disappeared for you because still no users assigned to this project.

Same thing when MANAGER selects a project and presses "Remove all" in the end of the assigned users list.
