Sometimes I have to share my screen with the client, and (s)he is able to peek private things.
It will be nice if Mantis would have a 'public mode', so i can decrease her/his threshold temporally.

Implementation:
Anyplace where private_*_threshold is checked, 'public mode' flag must be checked also. To avoid future problems, functions to check thresholds are recommended.
Variables are: $g_private_news_threshold, $g_private_bug_threshold, $g_private_bugnote_threshold, $g_private_project_threshold.
