Summary	0011501: MediaWiki Integration lacks delimiter for default namespace
Description	When calling MediaWiki via link in mantis, the default namespace is prepended to the pagename without delimiter (":").
Steps To Reproduce	Don't select a project and klick "Wiki" in the mantis linkbar.
