Summary	0011822: Need provision for admin to set the access level for each user role in Workflow Transactions page
Description	Instead of defining the minimum access level for a role it will be good if admin is able to define the access for individual user role. (Similar format as given for Work Flow of status) This will provide enough freedom to set access to a particular state only for the needed roles For more details refer the screen shot
