Description	Negate a term in the free text search box. Any reports that don't have bugnotes are missing from the results.
Steps To Reproduce	Go to http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view_all_bug_page.php Reset the filter (~2900 results are shown) Enter -faq in the free text field and apply (0001305:0001700 results are shown) 11973 is a recently modified example of a report that should be in the results and isn't
