Summary	0012115: custom field is mandatory, although not configured to be so
Description	I have a custom field "Freigabe Status", which is configured to be optional (can be empty). Please see attachment. However, when entering a new issue, MantisBT throws an error, because the field is not set (please see attachment no 2). This is an urgent issue. Right now, I cannot use any custom fields anymore!
