Summary	0012124: assign multiple access levels to a user
Description	In some projects, a person has multiple roles, let's say quality manager and project leader. I added those roles in MantisBT (customization feature), but I have to create two users for the same person, to give each user one of the mentioned roles. It would be nice, if multiple roles could be added to the same user in the same project. We will need a selection list to select the role, maybe next to the list to select the project.
