When created with a custom field with a date type and enable it for only UPDATOR/ADMIN/MANAGER/ who will edit this field and set a Deadline for a BUG closure.

Right now this type of Data type only lists out the year and there is no option to choose a specific date [Date Picker would be a great feature] and thereby enabling us to filter out the outstanding BUGS as of deadline set.

Detailed Description:

We have a typical scenario with the Test Project.

Development is being carried out at onsite and we are getting a regular build
fro testing.

The Test admin from onsite check out each and ever issue being logged from our
end assigns a Deadline for each bug to be fixed at any cost.

BUG 1155 - Dead Line 20-OCT-2010
BUG 1255 - Dead Line 22-OCT-2010
BUG 1535 - Dead Line 27-OCT-2010
BUG 1655 - Dead Line 28-OCT-2010
BUG 1858 - Dead Line 02-NOV-2010

and we at offshore would like to filter out all the bugs that are supposed to be
fixed by 28-OCT-2010, i.e. it means that when I filter out by date = 28-OCT-2010
all the bugs that were supposed to be fixed prior to this date should also get
listed.

I.e. Filter should yield this Result for DEADLINE = 28-OCT-2010

BUG 1155 - Dead Line 20-OCT-2010
BUG 1255 - Dead Line 22-OCT-2010
BUG 1535 - Dead Line 27-OCT-2010
BUG 1655 - Dead Line 28-OCT-2010
