Summary	0012572: Multiselection custom field is required even when marked to not be
Description	Adding a multiselection custom field (with fields) to a project, and setting him to be shown in Report Issue, but not required, clicking on Report Issue in Report Issue form, Mantis claims that the custom field value must be defined.
Steps To Reproduce	1) create a multiselection custom field and fill it with some parameters; 2) fill the Report Issue forme, but don't select any value of the custom field; 3) click Report Issue button; 4) The error message is shown: "A necessary field "custom_field_name" was empty. Please recheck your inputs."
