Description | In case of configuring the system to send email notification to a user to whom an issue is assigned (- issue handler) only if feedback has been requested from him/her, then it works fine if the assigned user hasn't been changed during the feedback request. Note: looking on the Issue History reveals that the assignment change happens, in such a case, before the status change to Feedback - so according to the rules it suppose to send the email notification to user B. | ||||
