Summary	0012656: Old Data at Event EVENT_MANAGE_VERSION_UPDATE
Description	In a test PlugIn I try to make an own check of data at the Event EVENT_MANAGE_VERSION_UPDATE. Unfortunatley version_get() gives back the old Data instead of the actual. The same counts for version_get_all_rows().
