When the document size is larger than acceptable we get a message saying doc too large, but do not know if the issue went though.
not knowing if ticket has been raised successfully if one hits back button, there is

1. no way to remove the document connection.
2. One reports new issue without the document attached and ends up with duplicate issues in the issue tracker.

A smaller error message saying document not attached(instead of an entire screen of exception error returned) but issue noted would be helpful.
