Summary	0013482: Allow the ability to have project prefixes on issue numbers
Description	With the option of multiple managers, multiple developers, and multiple departments it would be ideal to categorize each Project to have its own prefix. Example: Project "Site" could have STE-0001132 Project "Mobile Applications" could have MAP-0010587 With each email that is sent out it would be nice to see, at a glance, whose responsibility it is.
