Summary	0013678: Assign one issue to two releases to minimize cloning
Description	Today is we would like to have one issue to be included in two releases developing in parallel, we have to clone the issue. It would be very handy if there is a possibility to either: possible to assign one issue to two subprojects/target versions or possible to include one subproject/target version to another
