Hi,
I didn't know if it's the best place to publish my problem.
In fact,the idea is to create a web service, the client receive a user name, real name and an e-mail, the service create the account and send an email notification (service),mantis has a web service API under /api/soap but he hasn't the function to create a user.
Can you help me.
