Summary0014545: cloning issue with attachments doesn't work with mssql
Description

When trying to clone an issue including its attachments an APPLICATION ERROR 401 comes up originating from function file_copy_attachments complaining Mantis is trying to insert a varchar into a varbinary field (mantis_bug_file_table -> content).

Problem exists at least with Mantis versions 1.2.8 and 1.2.11.

Steps To Reproduce

0) use mssql
1) set $g_file_upload_method = DATABASE
2) create an issue and attach a file
3) try to clone it including attachments

This sounds like an issue with ADOdb, the database-abstraction layer library we use in MantisBT.

As I have no access to any windows / MSSQL server for testing/debugging, I am unfortunately not able to help much here. Hopefully someone else can help.

@dregad, I always stored attachments on the disk. So, I will not help this time. But I put some work in three other SQL Server related issues. ;-)
