| Description | It would be nice if it's possible to link a Customer with a Project instead of an issue. The hierarchy will be as follows: Customer-->Project-->Issue. This will help the users to prepare metrics based on the customer and prepare comprehensive reports easily. If this is feature is possible, then the customer selection drop down is not needed in the Report Issue page. Hence the reporter need not select the customer which will be automatically related once the reporter selects the project. | ||||
