Description	Can I manage access level to write user info? I need that viewers can only change password. Other other info make change only administrator.

A quick and dirty solution for your installation requires changing of files account_page.php, account_prefs_page.php, account_manage_columns_page.php, account_prof_menu_page.php, ... and some more depending on your installed plugins.
