vboctor 2026-08-29 03:45 manager ~0071390	Resolving as won't fix since SOAP / REST API handle this successfully by just returning the user id. The defaulting of the name to a localized name + id should be done at the client / UI level, otherwise the clients won't be able to now if the user is deleted or not, specially given that the prefix is localized.
