| Summary | 0016536: user name is case sensitive, leading to multiple user entries | ||||
| Description | I can sign up as different users as "jinh", "JinH", "jInH". It is confusing, because when I log in against LDAP, I need same password, and it gets same LDAP profile (user id/mail/real name, etc). But after I log in, I see different ticket sets! Can we force username to be lower case, or at least there should be a switch like $g_user_name_case_insensitive = ON | OFF. | ||||
