Summary	0017704: Custom field using pre-defined Version enumerator doesn't show a blank (not set) option
Description	We are using the Value of =version for an enum custom field in order to select a version number for regression testing. However, unlike the original Product Version field, the custom field does NOT have a blank (not set) option as the first index of the select.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Set a custom field to pull from the =version enum. 2) Make the field NOT required. 3) Update the custom field. 4) Link it to a project. 5) Try to report a bug.
Additional Information	Even though the custom field is set to NOT be required, it automatically selects the first value of the enum, making it impossible to submit the bug WITHOUT a value for the enum.
