Summary0019519: Upload file too large, going back causes dupe issue
Description

Using the back button to fix an attachment that is too large causes a duplicate issue to be created. I think the attached screen shot speaks for itself.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create issue with attachment -> throws error that image is too big, "Please use back button to correct"

  2. Attach smaller image -> issue is accepted without error

  3. two issues shown in issue grid
