Summary0019822: On uploading an image of size greater than the allowed size, multiple copies of the bug are created
Description

On trying to upload an image of size larger than specified size, an error message is displayed (Application Error #500), since user is unable to remove the attached image and on re trying to report the issue , same error is being displayed but every time you try to upload an image a new copy of the bug got listed along with the error message displayed.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Report an issue
  2. Fill necessary details
  3. attach an image file of size more than allowed size
  4. application error #500 appears on screen (but the issue got listed in bug list)
  5. go back
  6. again submit issue
  7. error displayed again (another copy of the same issue will generate)
Additional Information

Since application error was displayed a reporter might think that issue is not got reported.
