Summary	0019983: Reporters are not notified of bug status change to 'feedback'
Description	Reporters actually are notified, but only if they have enabled notifications of 'new' bugs.
Steps To Reproduce	Allow all e-mail notifications for reporters (as role). Clear all other checkboxes. Pick a reporter and create a bug on his behalf. Make sure this reporter wants to be notified about everything except 'new bugs' and 'priority change'. Make sure $g_reassign_on_feedback = OFF Change bug status to feedback. The reporter gets no e-mail. Change bug status back to 'new' Make the reporter wanting be notified about 'new bugs' also. Change bug status to feedback. The reporter gets an e-mail with bug status changed to 'feedback'. All other workflow status changes seem to generate corresponding notifications fine.

badfiles 2015-07-29 10:48 reporter ~0051149	This bug is not as complicated as I described. The 'new' bug has no effect. If you change a handler along with throwing a bug to 'feedback' reporters are not notified. If a handler stays, notification is generated.
