Summary	0020057: subprojects do not inherit email notification settings of parent project
Description	Subprojects only appear to inherit the "All projects" email settings. When I delete the project-specific email notification settings for a sub-project, I expect it to inherit the settings of its parent project.

Not in notifiactions, workflow, nor user management. Project configuration overrides the "all projects" settings, and in the absence of any settings, the "all projects" general settings apply. This should be marked as a feature request. I can see it useful in some use cases. At my place we use mantis more as a helpdesk ticket system, and rely heavily on the use of sub-projects for clasification and department separation. (instead of category). Enabling this inheritance of project settings can simplify the configuration.
