Summary	0020495: MantisFilter::options() method should recive project ids as parameter
Description	MantisFilter::options() is called by the filter api to get a list of available values to display in the filter form. These values can be different from one project to another, as it happens on many of the standard search fields. So, this method should receive a list of those projects included in the current filter.
