Summary	0021640: Assign Group Action doesn't support un-assigning
Description	The same way an issue can be un-assigned from the Assign drop down on View Issue page, it should be possible to do the same from group actions Assign page. We can even consider supporting [Reporter] and [Myself] special values. But unassign is the more interesting one in batch context.
