Summary	0022270: Marked as required marker is missing on custom fields page
Description	Hi, I have migrated to Mantis v.2.0 successfully. How can I set for the required fields to showing "marked as required"? For example, if I close a ticket from resolved, before "spent time" text does not shows marked as required field. In older version of mantis, this function worked properly.
