Description	Hi, when I request a change my password or register a new account on my MantisBT Website, I receive the email with HTML tags and if I click the link I get this error (in Italian): APPLICATION ERROR #200 Un parametro obbligatorio per questa pagina (confirm_hash) non è stato specificato. Usa il pulsante "Indietro" del tuo browser per ritornare alla pagina precedente. Là potrai risolvere i problemi riportati o selezionare un'altra azione. Puoi anche selezionare una opzione dal menu e andare direttamente in un'altra sezione. What can I do? Thanks

Additional Information	• If I edit the link and I replace & with & I get this error instead: APPLICATION ERROR #1901 Codice di convalida (hash code) non valido. Usa il pulsante "Indietro" del tuo browser per ritornare alla pagina precedente. Là potrai risolvere i problemi riportati o selezionare un'altra azione. Puoi anche selezionare una opzione dal menu e andare direttamente in un'altra sezione. • If I format well the link in the email (the link is double and there are the a tags) it works... so it's a problem in the email sent...
