Description
  1. create a Tag with # - eg "#test"
  2. Filter with Tag #Test => you will get all IDs with this tag - this is working correct
  3. create a permalink - eg https://www.YOURMANTIS.DOMAIN/mantis/search.php?sticky=on&sort=priority&dir=DESC&hide_status=-2&tag_string=#test%26match_type%3D0

you will get no results with this permalink
