Description	All time tracking records, public and private, are summed in the Time Tracking report by default.
Additional Information	What I propose: A selectable option in the Time Tracking report that allows Mantis user to choose between public, private or both recorded times to go in the report, so the users could choose to use private recorded times as really private info and not billable times.
