I only want to send non verbose emails to my users.

For this i see the following solution

• Hide the note textarea on actions like resolve and assign etc.. Currently this is not possible unless i edit the MantisBT php file bug_change_status_page.php
• Only send notifications to users for new notes.

Is it possible an option is added to disable the adding of notes during actions like assign and resolve?

If there are other methods to get this done, please let me know
