i have an issue that Email notification stop sending and freeze because mantis_email_table is full with a lot of emails is pending in queue and i should empty the table to fix the issue.
i found a bout 1529 records in the table every time and even Send All/Send Or Delete All buttons freeze in mantisbt/admin/email_queue.php

1-is this raised before
2-it would better if we have button for "Delete All" instead of to access PHP My Admin to delete the issue
3-if we delete admin folder we can't use email_queue.php , so if we can add the same page in Manage=> Manager Configuration
