| Description | I've created a new custom field that I only want to show when resolving cases, so a developer will fill it out when resolving a case, but not when just updating a case, or closing a case. The problem is that I need 'Required on Update' to be checked, forcing the field to be filled out. Even if I untick 'Requiredon Resolved' the user is still required to fill out the field. | ||||
