Description

I'm working on a plugin to provide user names for different RACI Roles when managing a bug.
It will be better if this info (4 HTML select) will be displayed BEFORE Custom Fields Section.

Right now (AFAIK) the only events I can use are:
EVENT_REPORT_BUG_FORM & EVENT_UPDATE_BUG_FORM

but these event places output immediately before the summary text field.

Do you think will be possible in future add new events (EVENT_REPORT_BUG_FORM_BEFORE_CUSTOM_FIELDS) ?
