Summary	0025183: Summary don't account for each project configuration of resolution, closed, status thresholds
Description	When the summary show issues from current project, and includes subprojects, the subprojects content is evaluated based on the main project configuration. Some relevant thresholds, like `bug_resolved_status_threshold` and `bug_closed_status_threshold`may be different for each of those projects.
