Summary0025747: Updating Version in "rtl" mode return error
Description

When I update "Date Order" in "Manage --> Mange Projects --> Edit Project version" the program returns Date Bad form.
it occurs only when you switch to rtl languages and the date typed in languages other than English numbers.
