Summary	0027161: No way of extending bug history via plugin
Description	In the function history_localize_item there is if( PLUGIN_HISTORY == $p_type ) { but there you can only customize field name. Values cannot be transformed If you for example added a new field, with user-values you should save values as integers - user id, but you haven`t easy way to present this integer as user name - transformation
