Mantis Bug Tracker really has the most weird UI I have ever seen. To resolve an issue, you select its status ON THE RIGHT, and then click the "change state to:" ON THE LEFT, and then you are taken to another page, where you can actually click a button to resolve that issue.

But this is not how UI works. If my reading direction is left to right, then I should have had, from left to right:
(1) a label, saying: "change state to:", (2) a drop down with available states, (3) a button with the label "Apply", that puts the issue in the selected state. Who is in charge of that awful UI? I would have a chat with him.
