Summary | 0003189: Using a "fancy" apostrophe in bug reports breaks everything
Description | Using the forward facing apostrophe ’ - the one you get by typing an apostrophe in Microsoft Word - breaks bug report submission in Mantis 0.17.5. If, say, I enter one in the description box, for some reason the category value is empty in report_add.php.
Additional Information | This may be fixed in later versions but I'm afraid I can't test them. Well, in fact, this is me testing the latest version right now, since I've put such an apostrophe in the description above.
