| Description | Currently, users at/above 'upload_project_file_threshold' CAN upload a documentation file, but they cannot edit it. In the case of any mistake (or when the doc needs update) they cannot edit nor remove the uploaded doc. The "owner" of a doc should be able to make corrections. (maybe subject to configuration varable....) | ||||
