Summary | 0003461: Hyperlinking in print_bug_page
Description | In my opinion, in the print bug page, user names should not be hyperlinked to their email addresses and bug ids to the bug view pages. This affects the formatting of this information. The aim of the print pages is to preview, then print, and not for navigation.

I believe the only part of this that remains is in an exported word document, we hyper link to a users email address - this probably should actually link to the view_user.php page for access control. Thoughts? |
The advantage of hyperlinking a user to his/her email in a Word document is that if a user is working offline, then he can draft an email to such user using his installed email client. |
So this applies to print_bug_page.php only? Paul |
No, the print pages are still hyper linked, see the following link for an example: |
Perhaps a compromise would be to change the CSS style for the print output so that hyperlinks are styled exactly the same as normal text? The hover state could still be used to indicate that certain text is a hyperlink. |
Css solution suggested by @dhx sounds good. |

Still an issue in 1.3.0dev |
