Summary0003500: No output for print_all_bug_page.php when status=closed, and Hide Status Closed is selected
Description

When viewing bugs in the print_all_bug_page.php page and the user sets status to 'closed' and has selected the 'Closed' check box in the "Hide Status" section of the page, no bugs are displayed.
The same is true when status is set to 'resolved' with the 'Resolved' check box selected.
I have uploaded a fixed version of the file.
