2. Unable to Open Selected Project in Mantis
   Description:
   When attempting to open or switch to a specific project, the system fails to load or respond.

Expected Result:
Selected project should load successfully and display its associated bugs/issues.

Actual Result:
Project page does not load; no response from UI.

3. Incorrect Bug Reporting Time
   Description:
   The timestamp displayed on newly reported bugs does not reflect the actual submission time.

Expected Result:
Bug report should show the accurate date and time of submission.

Actual Result:
Timestamp is either incorrect or outdated.

4. Unable to Reassign Bug — Error #11
   Description:
   When trying to reassign a bug to another user or developer, MantisBT throws an error with code #11.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open an existing bug.

Attempt to change the "Assigned To" field to a different user.

Click Save or Update.

Expected Result:
Bug should be reassigned successfully without errors.

5. Reported Bug Not Displayed on Dashboard

   After submitting a new bug, it does not appear in the user’s dashboard or project bug list.

Bug appears in the database (confirmed via search) but is not visible on the dashboard.

6. Page Load Issues While Navigating
   Description:
   Experiencing long load times or complete failure when switching between pages (e.g., Dashboard, View Issues, My View).

Expected Result:
Pages should load within normal response time (2-3 seconds).

Actual Result:
Page takes excessive time to load or gets stuck in loading state.
