Mantisbt upgrade from 2.27.1 to 2.28

Please add the missing version to check_database_inc.php.

Quirks Mode exists mostly due to historical reasons. If this is not intentional, you can add or modify the DOCTYPE to be `<!DOCTYPE html>` to render the page in No Quirks Mode.

MySQL version 10.4

To my knowledge, there is no such version of MySQL (latest is 9.5).
Do you mean MariaDB ? If so, then this is a duplicate of 0034886, in particular read my note 0034886:0069382.

For the record, the database engine version checks will be replaced in the next release of MantisBT, see 0034909.

OK in that case I'll resolve this as duplicate of 0034886.

You can safely ignore this warning in the admin checks for now, but thanks for letting us know.
