Summary | 0004092: Add ability to filter by access level in manage_user_page.php
Description | Currently the list can be filtered based on the first letter of the login name. It would be useful to also be able to filter on access level. For example, "all", "reporters", "developers", "managers" ...etc. I think this should be ANDed with the first letter filter. If the user wants to disable one of the filters, the user should selected "all".
