Summary0004472: Wrong entry in Issue History when deleting a "related to" relationship
Description

I created a new relationship of type "related to" on an issue. I then wanted to change that to a "parent of" relationship, so I deleted the original relationship and created a new.
The entry in the Issue History then read "Relationship deleted duplicate of 0000054" which is incorrect because the relationship was not "duplicate of" but "related to".
